Join our new User Community Website

Symplectic is pleased to announce that clients can now register and use our new User Community Website: https://support.symplectic.co.uk.
The site includes a range of forums, which you can browse for technical tips and solutions, and use to discuss improvements and problems with the system, along with other people in the community.
We have also posted the current administrator and user guides for Symplectic Publications versions 3.3 and 3.3.1, and will continue to post new guides as subsequent versions are released.
The site is also now the main point of entry for submitting support requests and technical problems to our team.
Our User and Client Support Manager, Sian Berry, will be fielding your queries and passing more technical issues on to the development team. Hopefully, this will give all of you much greater visibility of the support process.
To start using the system please register yourself with a user account at https://support.symplectic.co.uk/registration. Any user of the system within your institution can register as a separate user of the support site, and we will automatically associate relevant users with your institution's area of the site.
Instructions on how to submit a support request, once you have registered, are given on the site's 'welcome' page.
We hope all our clients find the new site to be a valuable addition to Symplectic's service.
